Please report damage to vehicles using this form so that we can take action with the insurance company.
We require the following information:
- Your contact details (name, email, telephone number)
- Time of damage (date and time)
- License plate number of your own vehicle and, if applicable, the damaged vehicle
- Brief description of the damage and how it occurred
- Photos of the damage (if possible)
The further procedure is as follows:
- We will email you the insurance company's official damage report form, including our ticket number
- You fill out the form and send it back to us in reply to our email so that the ticket number is retained
- We will forward your form and any photos to the insurance company.
This completes the initial damage report.
Depending on the further course of the claim settlement and the question of fault, we may contact you again at some point to invoice you for the deductible. Therefore, please keep us up to date with your personal details so that we can reach you.
